Todd Yelish ATTORNEY AT LAW

Todd is an experienced litigator who has been practicing family law and criminal defense since 2014. Todd uses an inter-disciplinary to maximized results for his clients.

Todd has tried civil bench trials, jury trials, and argued before the WA State Court of Appeals.

Todd’s family law practice focuses on high-net-worth asset dissolutions and complex custody disputes. Todd frequently utilizes his Llm in Taxation from the University of Washington to attain favorable asset divisions for his clients.

In addition to his family law practice, Todd has represented hundreds of misdemeanor criminal defense clients in Kitsap County at the Municipal and District Court levels. Todd has represented clients in cases ranging from Theft 3 to Assault 4-DV to DUI related offenses.

Todd is highly respected in the professional community for his litigation and ability to favorable resolve cases in his client’s favor. He has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding advocacy. Todd has been recognized by the National Alliance of Attorneys as Attorney of the Year, Family Law and the American Institute of Legal Advocates, Rising Star.

Todd is a sought-after speaker at various Continuing legal Education (CLEs). He has presented to the Kitsap County Bar Association and the 2024 WSBA Midyear CLE on the intersection between Family Law and Criminal Law.
